President

Began career with Seneca Falls Police Department and has been with Brighton Police since 2018. Currently assigned as a Sergeant on 3rd Platoon and was previously assigned to the DEA Task Force. Has been President since 2021 and previously served as executive board member.

Spencer Bills

Vice President

Began career with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and has been with Brighton Police Department since 2017. Currently assigned as a Federal Task Force Officer. Vice President Bills is a Field Training Officer and a Police Instructor. Has been Vice President since 2022 and previously served as an Executive Board Member.

Jeffrey Ruffalo

Treasurer

Began career with Seneca County Sheriff's Office and Wayne County Sheriff's Office and has been with Brighton Police Department since 2008. Currently assigned to the 2nd Platoon. Treasurer Ruffalo is a Field Training Officer and an Evidence Technician. Has been serving as Treasurer since 2012.

Taylor Barth

Secretary

Began career with Monroe County Sheriff's Office as a Jail Deputy and has been with Brighton Police Department since 2013. Currently assigned to the 2nd Platoon. Secretary Barth is a Field Training Officer and Police Instructor.  Has been serving as Secretary since 2022 and held other board positions in the past. Former GRANET member.

Bradley Clouston

Executive Board Member

Began career with Seneca Falls Police Department and has been with Brighton Police Department since 2018. Currently assigned as a Sergeant on 2nd Platoon. Board Member Clouston is a police instructor and field training officer. Has been serving on the executive board since 2021.

Began career with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office and has been with the Brighton Police Department since 2018. Currently assigned as a Federal Task Force Officer. Board Member Fera is a field training officer and police instructor. Has been serving on the executive board since 2022.
